Below are examples of indicias for all classes of mail. You may use Better List's permit number, supplied below, or your own number. You may only use Better List's permit number if we are handling that specific mailing. If you are using your own permit number, please make sure that you are registered properly with the Post Office and have sufficient funds in your account.
The indicia must be placed in the upper right hand corner (see example below) when printing your mail piece. The indicia may be of any size or font, as long as it is legible. |
